Please note that order processing and delivery time may be extended during the holidays and special offers.

Please make sure you put the exact toys you want in the basket and fill in the address, name, phone number and zip code correctly. All these things are essential for the order to arrive as soon as possible.  

Delivery methods and rates

We ship our toys around the world offering free shipping for all orders over 50 Euro for Romania and we offering free shipping for all orders over 100 Euro for rest of the world. For orders up to 50 or 100 Euro fees are as follows:

STANDART DELIVERY - flat rate of €15

The cost of delivery within Chisinau is 40 MDL, but for orders over 400 MDL (2 Euros) it will be free of charge.
The cost of delivery in the suburbs of Chisinau, but also for the rest of the country, is 70 MDL (3.5 Euro).

We dispatch all orders within 2-5 working days from Monday to Friday except for sale and peak periods where this may take longer. After we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to follow your package along its trip.
Delivery time depends on how fast package goes through customs. Sometimes it can take longer to complete customs procedures, and unfortunately we can't influence them.

Tracking number

We usually send the tracking number to you on the same day when we make the delivery, so you can pay attention to the delivery status.

Taxes and fees

Taxes and duties are not included in price. They may apply in your country and are paid by you when the order arrives.

Damaged packaging

Each delivered product will have all the characteristic elements in accordance with those of the model presented. Upon receipt of the package, the recipient must verify its integrity. If you notice that the packaging of the product or the ordered product shows signs of damage resulting from transport, please photograph the package / product and then send us, in the e-mail address info@gugagaga.shop, a photo in detail and overall, following this procedure we will ensure that the problem will be resolved as soon as possible.

Return

You can return the toys within 14 days of delivery. We will check the toys and refund the cost of the toys. The return shipping cost and all additional costs are borne entirely by the customer. The returned product will be sent in the original packaging, without any traces of use, protected by an additional packaging.
