Refund Policy

We hope you enjoy your purchases, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If you changed your mind you can return your toys and we provide a full refund of all items, you only have to pay the return cost.

If we made a mistake regarding your order or sent you a damaged toy, we can make a full refund or exchange the faulty goods. And we will assume the shipping cost.

Some return conditions:

  • you have 14 calendar days from the date of issuance of the check / invoice.
  • toys must be returned unused, in original packaging, must be intact, along with the check / invoice provided when purchasing it.

If the above conditions are met, please contact us on Please explain the reason for return and reference your order number. If you are claiming a faulty item, please include photos supporting your claim.

Once we receive and accept returned goods, we will process the refund or exchange. For shipping we recommend you consider a trackable shipping service to make sure your toys haven't been lost.
